Time & Attendance

Enkora Time & Attendance system is an easy-to-use and flexible solution for a company of any size. All software has been recently developed using the latest technologies, meaning all user interfaces are web-based and user friendly.

The system can be used with a TA terminal, Web-based TA interface (WebTA) or a combination of both. In many cases, Enkora Time & Attendance system can be integrated with 3rd party access control solutions. This way employee data can be entered only once and only one RFID token is needed.

Enkora Time & Attendance is fully integrated with other software modules, for example with Access Control and cafeteria sales system, making it a great solution for any office.

TA Terminal

  • TA terminal is Idesco Access Touch, with a large touchscreen and a stylish design
  • Employees identify themselves with RFID tokens
  • Terminal has full support for offline functionality, so no network outage is a problem
  • Interfaces are provided in different languages, depending what language is configured for the employee
  • All interfaces and buttons are made to be self-explanatory, requiring little or almost no training to the employees

WebTA

  • WebTA is a great web-based tool that has the complete functionality of a physical TA terminal
  • Employees get access to WebTA with an own username and password
  • WebTA can be used as the only mean of signing in to the system or as an additional function, for example for travelling salesmen
  • Interface is also accessible with newest mobile phones that support full web functionality

Reporting and management

  • All reporting and management interfaces are web-based
  • Employees can be assigned to groups with group managers
  • System has unlimited amount of rules according to which time calculations are made
  • Employee data can be exported to salary calculation software
  • Employee information can be imported from access control systems
